The Cottage
Charming Cottage right on the lake-front. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Complete with kingsize bed, living room with projector , fully equipped Kitchen and dinning table. Ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis while close to all the action of the East End.

Water Mill-Hamptons Art Hub
For the art lover guests we are located across the street from the Water Mill Center and beautiful grounds to explore art in, as well as down the street from Parrish Art Museum. To connect with the importance of this hamlet as an art incubator, we will be hosting exhibitions to promote local and international emerging artists.
Connect to Nature & Local Farming
From beaches, to lakes, to hikes you can feel connected here. And what better what than to sample local produce from the many farm stands around the area. Some of our favorites very close by are Halsey Farm & Nursery, Corwith’s Farmstand and The Milk Pail.
